1st Callaghan’s Spyefire May Spring Showers over Laoirebay This puppy shows so much promise at his age, he has a lovely outline shape in head and body, with everything in proportion. His head is clean shaped with nice ear and eye. His body still that of a puppy but with superb front and rear angulation, straight and level topline leading to correct tail set. This boys temprement was good and moved round the ring with lovely profile movement. BP |
2nd Rowles & Sierakowski - Dalriach Rob Roy This boy is still very young and raw and will take a long time to mature. Of a good size with strong bone, head not as good as 1s and heavy body with a sloping topline and needs to settle down on the move.

Davies - Zymore Irish Cream Standing alone in his
class but the win still deserved. He has a pleasing head with
nice dark eye. Lovely size and strong bone. Good front
angulation and correct turn of stifle which gave him a lovely
striding movement. A little long in body, but none the less a
lovely dog all round who just needs to mature and fill out. RBD

Collins - Casafelice Elliottdale at Forestpoint
A lovely mature dog who I have judged before and always liked. He has a lovely head and soft expression, leading onto a strong body with good depth of chest and spring of rib. His movement is clean with lovely reach and drive. Carrying a bit too much weight over the loin on the day just spoilt his overall outline. BD

Junior Bitch

1st Davies - Zymore Christmas Rose. Where do I start with this girl, litter sister to Junior dog, similar comments apply but she just screams to me an Irish red and white setter. A lovely femine head with beautiful expression for just 12 months, leads onto a lovely neck to her front. Her body shape and angultion are outstanding. Her movement was beautiful to watch and could have done so all day. Still needs to mature but look forward to watching her in the future. BB & BOB

1st Davies - Zymore Christmas Rose
2nd Green’s - Shannolee The Reed Bunting A very pretty little bitch on the smaller side, but all in proportion. She holds her topline straight and level on the stand and on the move.

1st Housby’s - Tullamore Tiggywinkle A feminine bitch with good colour, she is of a nice size for a bitch. Head a bit too square which gives her a slightly harsher look. Nice shaped body with lovely profile movement which allowed her to flow round the ring. RBB |
