2^nd Huckle’s Esined Urban Myth. Only 6mths and showing his immaturity. Liked his head and body shape. Steady true mover. Lots of developing to do

1^st Huckle’s Ladleys Collis Bea ShCM. 6yr Liver D. Belies his age and acts like a puppy. Good size and shape with a lovely lean head. Super shoulders and upper arm, good depth of chest. In super condition, well muscled and a lovely free driving mover who’s tail just does not stop.

2^nd Wojciechowski & Richards’ Cornfolk Spirit Of Mystery. 3yr Black B. Presenting a lovely shape with pleasing head. Lovely forechest and lay of shoulder. Not quite as flowing on the move as the winner and not as tidy in front.

1^st Huckle’s Ladleys Collis Bea ShCM. This exhibitor must be congratulated. This is another boy who just won’t accept how old he is. 10 yrs in body and about 10 months in his head. Super shape with a lovely head and eye. Excels in shoulder, super depth and spring of rib. Very well muscled and correctly angled rear. Moves with drive and zest. Please to award him BOB.

2^nd Wojciechowski & Richards’ Reagarth Amber Skye at Cornfolk. 7yr Liver B confirming that although my entry was lacking in quantity there was an abundance of quality. She was rather laid back for a flatcoat but lovely for type with a super feminine head, excellent shoulders and return of upper arm, lovely depth and spring of rib. Short well muscled loin and good rear angles. Now a little wide at the shoulders which affects her front movement.

1^st Edwards’ Kimbajak Bella Giola JW. 16mth Yellow B. Oozes breed type. Lovely head and neck, dark eye and well set ears. Super lay of shoulder and upper arm. Correct spring of rib with good depth. Powerful, well muscled rear. Good bone and neat feet. Super easy powerful mover with drive. Pleased to award BOB and Gundog Group 4

2^nd Halsall’s Bradleycourt Woody. 13mth Blk D. Rangier than my winner, nice head and expression. Good shoulders. Still a baby at heart who needs to settle.

1^st.Bambrook’s Brycheiniog’s Ravenclaw. 13mth Blk D. Rangier than my winner, nice head and expression. Good shoulders. Still a baby at heart who needs to settle.

2^nd Collins’ Barwendas Dolly Daydream. Yellow B. Not my preference in head and I preferred the topline of my winner. Good shoulders and rear angles. Moved ok.

1^st Edwards’ Suttonpark Buxton at Kimbajak. 3yr Yellow Dog. Masculine boy, head on the broad side but with nice eyes and ears. Good neck and shoulders, deep chest, good bone and feet. Good rear angles, powerful easy mover.

2^nd Collins’ Barwendas Destiny. Yellow B. Nice type with good head although I would like her to be a little more refined in neck. Well made fore and aft. Moved OK.

1^st Westwood’s Eusanit Chase the Ace. 11mth D. What a super young man. Lovely head with dark eye and correct ears. Super overall shape with excellent front & rear assemblies. Good tailset and carriage. True steady mover with correct ‘jaunty’ action. Fully deserving of BP and later Gundog Puppy Group 2.

2^nd Rogers’ Eusanit Chase the Dream. Litter sister to my winner. Very different at first glance due to her fuller coat and different markings. But underneath there are lots of similarities. Pretty head of good shape with correct ear carriage. Well made like her brother and a good typey mover. Not quite the presence of the winner today.

1^st Rogers’ Eusanit Take it Easy. 7yr D and 1st in a close fought contest between 2 older dogs. Liked his skull but would prefer a little less foreface. Lovely shape to body with well laid shoulders and good depth of chest. Nice rear angles and a true mover with correct action.

2^nd Powley’s Danehaven Severn. 6yr D. Heavier in build that my winner and broader in skull. Well made fore and aft and in good coat. Good mover.

3^rd Westwood’s Alliance De La Vie Summer Dream to Eusanit (imp Nld)

1st Westwood & Johnson’s Can/Ir Sh Ch Littleriver’s Colonial Boy with Tollyhimmel. 8yr D. What a lovely boy. Correct in many ways with a super head and correct ears. Super shoulders over well sprung ribs and good depth to chest. Short loin to lovely rear angles with good width of ham. Good bone and feet. Correct coat. True mover with the correct action. Pleased to award BOB and later Gundog Group 3.

2^nd Powley’s Danehaven Detroit. 6yr D. Another nice boy, again different to my winner. Longer in body but with pleasing head and correct ears. Well made fore and aft with good depth of chest. Good mover.

1^st Whybrow’s Oorbellen Lewis at Unosta (imp Fin) - Kooikerhondje. 8mth D. This young man blew me away as probably the best kookier of this age I have judged. Super shape, size and type. Lovely head with ear fringing and black tips developing nicely. Well made front and rear with correct angles. So positive and true on the move with that typical springy gate. Such a showman with a bright future I am sure. BAVNSC Puppy and Gundog Puppy Group 1.

2^nd Crummy, Yau & Langdon’s Afterglow Gin Queen – American Cocker Spaniel. 7mth B. Another super youngster. Presenting a lovely shape with super head and neck, dark eye. Well made front and rear, correct topline. Just not as settled on the move today but I am sure she is another with a very bright future.

3^rd Al-Azzawe’s Belmilla Gossip Girl – American Cocker Spaniel

1^st Spillane & Salisbury’s Belatarr Charlie Parker – Hungarian Wirehaired Viszla. 17mth D. Still quite a raw young man in many ways. Well made with a good head and nice ears. Well laid shoulders, good spring of rib with good depth. Very true, flowing mover.

2^nd Al-Azzawe’s Belmilla Chatty Man – American Cocker Spaniel. Such a baby at just 6mths but presenting a nice shape with good head and dark eye. Well laid shoulders, correct topline and good rear. Has a tendency to stand and move a little wide in front but hopefully will tighten as he matures.

1^st Wallis’ Torbeck Penrhyn Bay – English Springer Spaniel. 22mth D. Lovely shape and type. Masculine but not course. Pleasing head with dark eye and nice expression. Good length of neck to well laid shoulders. Good forechest and well sprung ribs of good depth. Nice rear angles and presented in good coat. A steady ground covering mover.

2nd Whybrow’s Millhanger Susie at Unosta - Kooikerhondje. 2½ yr D who I have done well as a youngster and he has matured into a lovely young man. Super for type, lovely head and body, excels in shoulders, super correct mover.

3rd Webb’s Tavasz Miklos – Hungarian Vizsla

1st Caldwell & McDowell’s Gemill Back to the Future for Cerysan JW – Welsh Springer Spaniel. 22mth D. What can I say about this young man. Correct for size and shape. Lovely head, dark eye, soft expression & correct ears. Super neck to excellent shoulders and upper arm. Deep chest, well sprung ribs with good forechest. Short coupled, strong well muscled loin to correctly angled, well muscled rear. So easy on the move with good reach and drive. A pleasure to award him Best AVNSC then Gundog Group 1. An award I understand he also won the following day. Another young dog with such a bright future.

2^nd Whybrow’s Unosta Conquest - Kooikerhondje. 2½ yr D who I have done well as a youngster and he has matured into a lovely young man. Super for type, lovely head and body, excels in shoulders, super correct mover.

Well laid shoulders over correctly spring ribs. Good forechest and depth of chest. Well muscled over the loin to correct rear angles. Super free easy ground covering mover who made the most of the big ring to win the class.

2^nd Steadman’s Indijazz Grand Design - GSP. 6yr Black B. lovely shape and another one put down in good condition. Solid to go over. Pleasing head and eye, Well made fore and aft with true ground covering movement. Short hard coat. Handler needs to ensure she stands her covering enough ground as she had a tendency to have her front legs too far back
